- Password (stored in a secure, hashed form)
If you purchase a paid plan, Paddle may also provide the Company with limited transaction-related information and your email address for license-related purposes.
The Company does not intentionally collect any other personal information.
2. Purpose of Collection
Your personal data is used solely for:
- Account creation and authentication
- License delivery and activation
- Customer and technical support
- Billing or payment-related inquiries (in cooperation with Paddle)
- Fraud prevention and license misuse protection
Your personal data is not used for advertising, and the Company does not sell your personal data.

The Company does not collect, transmit, store, or access:
- Source code
- Analysis results, reports, logs, or metadata
- Embeddings or intermediate analysis data

MistSeeker Coder runs on-premise, and analysis is executed entirely on the user's machine under normal operation.
4. Payment & Billing Information
The Company does not receive or process your payment card details.
All payment data is handled by Paddle (Merchant of Record), including:
- Credit card or payment method details
- Tax/VAT handling
- Invoices and receipts
- Regulatory compliance
For paid purchases, Paddle may share your email address and limited purchase details with the Company to enable:
- License verification
- Customer support
- Fraud prevention
5. Retention Period
The Company retains your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, including:
- The duration of your active account and license/subscription
- Reasonable periods required for security, dispute handling, or legal compliance
